Shipping

Yes! We're proud to be able to ship our magic around the world.

We offer worldwide standard shipping totally free of charge! At checkout, you'll also have the option to upgrade to express shipping, if you'd like the magic even faster.

We aim to offer the quickest service possible, so all orders are shipped within 24 hours, Monday-Friday. Once it has been dispatched, you'll also receive a confirmation email, so you know it's on the way to you.

If your order hasn't arrived after the specified time, please send us an email to info@magictincompany.com. We'll look into the issue to ensure you get your magic as soon as possible.

Please note - we unfortunately cannot replace any items that have gone missing in the postal system if standard (untracked) shipping was selected. As such, we recommend only using a tracked shipping option, which will allow you to follow your order from our warehouse into your hands.

Payments

We accept all payment methods, including Visa, debit and credit cards, along with PayPal.

Absolutely. We offer a 100% secure checkout using encrypted payment processors.

General Questions

Definitely! We pride ourselves in offering the best quality magic tricks, whilst still making them incredibly easy-to-do! Each trick comes with a professionally filmed video tutorial, so you'll be able to follow along and amaze your friends in no time!

Although our magic is easy to do, due to small parts we recommend our range for ages 6+.

If a product is out of stock, you'll have the option to 'pre-order.' We'll give an estimated dispatch date on the product page and will send you an email when it on it's way to you.

If you place an order with multiple products, we'll ship out the items that are in stock immediately, then send a second shipment with the pre-ordered items as soon as they become available.
